If you define results as followers and engagement, our clients normally notice an increase in followers and engagement within the first 12 days. The results should continue to increase each month.

Yes, definitely. You can just send them to your BeeBigger dedicated account manager. Your account manager will schedule them as required.

Your account manager will be posting content on your profiles as per the details you submitted and the discussions with you. Hence, usually the content we publish is in-line with your ideas. But, if you don’t like any piece of content posted by us, you can just notify the same to your account manager and we’ll take care of it.

We encourage our clients to give us feedback about content we have created as often as possible. Let it be good or bad. We always want to make sure that our posting style matches your brands’ voice on social media.

Once you order your plan, we’ll start working on your accounts right away. The first three – five days we plan, research and communicate with you to ensure we have the right strategy for optimal growth & engagement. Within three working days you should start to see engagement and growth. Please make sure that you grant us access to your social accounts after you order. We’ll be unable to post anything until you provide the access.

You can simply email us or upload them to a folder on your Dropbox or Google Drive and share the link with us! We’ll use those in the content.

Yes. To maintain consistency over the social media platforms, we’ll create and post the same content on both networks. But rest assured that the captions i.e. the text of the post will be optimised for certain platforms like Instagram and Facebook.

No we do not have a refund policy, your plan can be cancelled with 30 days written notice.

It depends. There are so many audiences on Instagram, and some are larger than others which means certain profiles grow faster than others. Our goal is to provide you quality followers over time, rather than irrelevant followers that won’t interact with your content which will actually hurt your page more than it will do good.
